Yesterday I went to study with Lao Shu n Lao Xiu. I reached JE library at 11am, searched the whole building twice for Lao shu, but she was nowhere to be found. =X
Luckily there's this thing called handphone. So I called Lao shu n Lao xiu...ring ring ring...
No one picked the phone...ring ring ring...again no one picked up...rahh!!!
I got really frustrated `coz I cant even find a table to study alone, all the tables were occupied.
I wanted to give up and head straight home but hey my friends wont leave without telling me,friends for 10 yrs somemore. hehez.
So I joined the uncles and aunties at the newspaper reading area and shared table with them...argh...so pathetic right.
At around 11.30am, finally Laoxiu called. She had just woken up!!! Piggy xiuyi. hahaz...
And you know what she told me? Lao shu's at JP library...ARGH!!!
Ok...I packed my things and rushed to Jurong Point...supposedly my territory(both JP n JE), because I live near there. =D But ever since I went AJ to study, I seldom visit that shopping centre so I didnt even know that the library had shifted 2 yrs ago until xiuyi told me.
I had quite a hard time looking for the library so I sent a distress signal to xiuyi. Xiuyi is really my superwoman...hahaz...
And finally!! DADA!! I found the library!! Wahahahaz...
Reached the place at around 12.10pm, Jelly was quite apologetic and she forgot to bring her handphone...haiya nvm it's ok...=]
Xiuyi joined us an hr later.
We studied till around 4.30pm.
Only 50% of the time is spent effectively.
Another 50% we were chit chatting and playing around with our GC...wahahahaz...I realised that GC is not just a calculator alone!!! We can actually use GC to write and draw!!! wow Wow WOW!!! Xiuyi showed us how to draw an egg and a sperm and write I Love U s there. I dont know what's wrong with her, she loves drawing egg and sperm...hahaz...I know it sounds really disgusting but her drawing is cute and adorable...hahaz...And I saved her drawings. (:
After that we studied for awhile and xiuyi was suffering from boredom and went to find her cookbooks.
She's really intelligent...her ability to grasp concepts is much better than the 2 of us...and she said," study notes for what? it's useless."...hmm..."Gal, notes is useful lah..."...hahaz
Weekiat is another one...who doesnt study, everyday just sleep and eat and read harry potter books and yet can score straight As...rahh!!!...
Then we went on to criticise Singapore's education system. Students are made to mug every 2 yrs...how true...Is there really a need to mug? or just being kiasu?...o_O that's the culture here.
I and Jelly continued to study after that.
I managed to finish approximation tutorial, read through chem solubility and electrochem notes...topics that are not tested in midyrs...argh...nvm study for A levels...being forward looking...hahaz...
I was freezing in the library despite having a sweater...so we left at 4.30pm.
Went to JP to buy mouse for jelly's papa...then we shopped around and saw this gigantic enormous candy selling at 28 bucks...wahh...
