Hahaz, Well, I went for the bball finals held @ toa payoh on friday. Both girls and guys finals.
Actually I was given 2 choices that day(Haiz, why am I always in a dilemma), one, to play squash with Siangning in sch 1st then go NYJC to play squash with Hong Siang or two, to go toa payoh to watch bball finals. To many others, both are just a waste of time, but to me, they are equally important. For the past few weeks, I've been wanting to go Squashing but due to last minute changes, I've to stay in school for meetings. Astro sessions were also brought forward due to school concerts and other events. I think Ben was quite pissed off with me `coz I couldnt go squashing with him. And the 1st and only time that I went squashing with him was last week. I'm really sorry. On the other hand, bball finals- HCI VS IJC, I know hwa chong will definitely win this game but it's a BBALL match you see...I support the game, not the team...but since there are pple whom I know in hwachong team, the ex rvians, of course I should show some support by cheering for them...right? =]
For the whole of that friday morning, I was weighing the opp cost of choosing one instead of the other. So I let my friends to decide for me, I msged lao xiu they all if they were going for bball finals so that I wont be a loner there. But their replies were,"J2s are not going, J1s are." ok...fine...then Hong Siang couldnt play squash `coz he had GP exam the next day.
OK...final decision, I shall go for bball finals. Perhaps this is gonna be the last time that I will be watching an inter-sch bball match...hahaz
I manage to catch the 2nd half of the girls match- RJ VS VJ.
The match eventually ended off with a score of 50-53. VJ finally won. This year, Rafflesians were the ones crying. Tears of disappointment.
After the girls match, I moved to the visitors gallery to join AJ bballers...argh!!...I met Ms Tay and Mrs Toh...ARGH!!!...she asked me," Why are you here?" I replied," To watch bball finals and support my friends."
It was a horrible 5 min-QnA session with her. Before she let me off, she added,"Dont make yourself conspicuous."
Watching a match alone, that feeling is really weird, undescribable...maybe because I'm different from the others? Just imagine an AJCian among the Victorians or Rafflesians cheering for team VJ or RJ...o_O
Hahaz...luckily Zhibin n Patrick were there...
Everyone played well that day...really...once on court, no matter who your opponent is, you have to put in your very best to play a clean game...that's what I call sportsmanship. =]
Hwachong thrashed IJ, 99 to 60. Quite expected but what's unexpected was that hwachong was only a pt away from a hundred...wow...hahaz...

I realised that most of the RV guys joined bball in their JCs...I went for one of the matches between AJ n AC. Out of the 5 AC players on court, 4 were from RV, non bballers. 2 of them were previously my classmates...hahaz...and AJ won them. =]

Harry Potter is coming out soon...the last book of the harry potter series together with Order of Pheonix movie...gonna camp with hanhan outside popular...hahaz...joining in the fun, anxiety and excitement of waiting for the book. hanhan said I'm crazy `coz I'm not buying the book until the price drops to below 20 bucks. But she agreed to lend it to me if her bf is buying for her. =]

I miss lao ren gang... the days when we played bball together...
